Single Acting Hydraulic Cylinder Multistage 5TG Single Trunnion Stroke 800mm
Features:

c. Nylon tipped set screws that conform to packing nut threads to
decrease the probability of packing
nuts backing off.
d. Single-acting cylinders transfer force and motion in one
direction only.
e. Lighter weight: TG series oil cylinder is lighter than similar product 17.9%, lower cost and fewer oil consumption.

Introduction&Application:
1. Truck front lifting cylinder is the dumper hydralic lifting
system for lifting actuator, truck compartment or tank.
2. It mainly used in various types of heavy truck front lifting,
such as 8*4 truck, semi-trailer, can be widely used in mining, iron
and steel, port conditions relatively poor use places can meet
from13 tons to 90 tons lifting requirements.

Piston Seals:
Low friction, high load piston seals with outboard wear bands are
standard. Loaded lip seals and cast iron rings are optional.
About piston rod:
High strength damage resistant piston rod provides 100,000 PSI minimum yield material in 1" through 4 1/2" diameters. Larger diameters vary between 50,000 and 75,000 PSI minimum yield material. All rods are case hardened to 50-55 RC and hard chrome plated to provide maximum wear life. Stainless steel is also available. The hard chrome plated of the piston rod according to your requirement.
Mounting option:
It has FC, FE, FEE.
