Main purpose

This machine is suitable for medicine, chemical, food, agriculture
and grain industries, especially suitable for crushing dry brittle

Working principleThis machine utilizes the relative movement between the high-speed
movable gear plate and the fixed gear plate, so that the crushed
material can be crushed by the comprehensive effects of tooth
impact, shear and friction, and material collision with each other.
This machine has simple structure, stable operation, low noise and
good crushing effect. The crushed materials are directly discharged
from the crushing chamber. The particle size can be achieved by
selecting screens with different apertures. In addition, the
machine is all stainless steel. The inner wall of the casing is all
machined to achieve a smooth surface, which has changed the rough
and powder accumulation on the inner wall of the previous models,
and made the production of medicines, foods, and chemicals more in
line with national standards and GMP requirements.
 

This is the ideal equipment newly designed that can replace micro-miller with novelty appearance, compact structure, high efficiency, easy operation . The whole machine is made of SUS304. With reasonable design, the machine can grind various kinds of fiber like material without severe temperature rising. The raw material pieces will be grind through the collision and cutting, then the fine powder will enter into collection sacks through wind motor separator. The filtering recycling rate can be as high as 99.8%. It is widely used in pharmaceutical field with high international level. Also meet GMP standard.
