One of our American customers said:
I have not explained the function of the air spring better. The
clutch I sent to you as an app did not get enough instructions to
work properly. Both torsional load and air spring work. It turns
out that the function of the first sample is as expected, the
horsepower is less than 150 HP, and there is air pressure to
stabilize the air spring. There is no problem with my torque
requirement, because the torque requirement of the prototype I
developed has no problem. My current request from potential
customers is to increase the horsepower used to stabilize the air
spring without applying air pressure. This request caused problems
with my design. I believe that with your help, we can create a
startup program that meets the requirements of the new application.
I think your method of changing the direction of the wires is a
good solution. The increase in the number of layers will also help.
If the compression load increases due to the increase of multiple
layers, an air spring can be used. If the increased torque
requirements are met, I will be able to use an improved protective
cover (perhaps an improved function) in all applications. I know
this is not universal, but the interest in design has become very
strong. I hope to use boots that exceed the safety factor
requirements to meet the new requirements (twice the original
design).
