Class C Supply 70KA Industrial Lightning Protection Feature:

• 40 kA up to 70 kA protection.

• Visual status display

• The Class C series of over-voltage surge protective devices has been developed to protect against the effects of indirect lightning discharges and induced voltages and is intended to provide protection in zones 1 2 per IEC 62305.

• Labeled connections

• Type 2 (class II/C) for main boards, distribution boards and consumer units.

• Available with and without remote signalling contacts.

• 1 pole up to 4 poles protected.

• BR-70 consists of a high performance varistor block with thermal disconnection device. The plug-in module/base design facilitates replacement of a failed module in situ without the need to remove system wiring.

• Solutions to meet IEC 61643-1 and EN 61643-11

• The combination lightning current and surge arrestors BR-70 meet the type 2 requirement class according to IEC 61643-11.

• These devices protect low-voltage consumer systems from overvoltage of all types and are available in single-pole to four-pole versions.

• The use of high-performance varistors permits a rapid response time and a low protection level, without any line follow current.

• Available with optional remote signalling
