Layer are made by completing metal board, through punching and bending to stamping, then using mold to bore a hole as patterens. The bottom of layer have welded with two strong bars. It will better to bearing and sharing the product weight.
Brackets part, it have adopted classical design, 2 hooks and 40mm step distance. The brackets have two small gaps that is the correspondence of layer strong bars.
