Overview of Inconel 617 (N07617) nickel-based alloy:
Inconel 617 is a nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum alloy with
excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures. The alloy has
high temperature corrosion resistance such as oxidation and
carbonization. Inconel 617 has the following characteristics:
(1) It has good transient and long-term mechanical properties at
high temperatures up to 1100 ° C.
(2) High oxidation resistance at 1100 ° C.
(3) High carbonization resistance at 1100 ° C.
(4) Good welding performance.

Mechanical properties of solution treatment at room temperature and
high temperature:
Inconel 617 application:
Inconel 617 is suitable for high temperature and extremely high
mechanical stress. It is recommended that the temperature should
not exceed 1000℃. At the same time, Inconel 617 is suitable for
thin-walled structural parts where weight reduction is required.
