Description:
1. Leak detection equipment is a fully automated
multi-function detection system equipment, the system is divided
into two parts of the detection unit and a rejection unit. The
detection unit includes: extrusion detection unit (module), liquid

measurement method, it fundamentally solves the problem that
conventional weighing methods cannot measure the volume of liquid
materials filled in the production line. Therefore, it is widely
used in online detection of lubricants. The main structural
characteristics of the detection unit: non-contact detection, fast
detection speed, high precision; can work under the state of
variable speed of the assembly line conveyor belt, not limited by
the speed stability of the conveyor belt; the instrument has strong
anti-interference ability and high reliability. Long-term stability
is good; the number shows the cumulative number of qualified and
unqualified products.
