Description of hydraulic pump in general use:
The hydraulic pump's power source is artificial power. The one-way
manual oil pump is a small hydraulic pump which can convert manual
mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. Various construction such

Lubricating oil pumps should be checked every 16,000 running hours.
Overhauling the oil pumps requires special equipment. During this
process casings, covers, suction pipes and pump nut are completely
dismantled, cleaned and checked for mechanical damage and cracks .
All measurements of the shaft, the pinion and the bores of the
casing need to be checked if they are within tolerance.
The oil pump is tested at several speed ranges for vibration and to
check if the oil pump is delivering the required pressure at the
correct speed after reassembly.
