Machine Feature

1. These machines are suitable for any flat surface (such as panel furniture,engineering floor,plastic decoration board.metal board ) etc.

2. Application roller,doctor roller and conveyor belt are controlled  by individual electric part,this is to ensure the precision when apply the coating material.

3. Coating roller is made by importing EPDM material and doctor roller is well electroplating and import scrapers is made by stainless steel or PU.Each roller is uniquely designed with each separate device to ensure easy maintenances specially when cleaning of roller .

4. These machines are equipped with thickness setting device,if the working pieces is thicker than pevious set,the machine will automaticlly stop

5. Any coating material such as : UV ,PU,NC and water base are suitable with this machine .The coating material can be re-used so there will be unnecessary waste.

6. Optional: Machine with PLC board for fully automatically operation.

7. This kind of machine is used for SPC floor
