and the building service life is over 70 years.

  The professional software design enables the steel consumption volume to be
controlled within 30kg/ m2 and the self-weight of buildings is 1/4 only of that in
brick and concrete structure.
  The construction period becomes shorter and the construction more convenient
as a result of the modularized construction philosophy as “standardized design,
industrialized production, serial supply and prefabricated construction”.
