ASTM A312 S30815 (253MA, 1.4835) Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe
253MA is an austenitic stainless steel with excellent high-temperature
resistance. It is composed of chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and
nitrogen with excellent corrosion resistance, and added with trace
amounts of rare earth metal elements to improve its oxidation
resistance and high-temperature strength.Hardness and melting point 253MA has a high hardness and melting
point. Its hardness is 170-220HBW (Brinell hardness) and its
melting point is 1370-1425 ℃.
253MA is a high-temperature alloy with excellent high-temperature
resistance. It can be used for a long time at temperatures up to
1150 ℃, and can still maintain good mechanical and antioxidant
properties at high temperatures. The elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of 253MA are 200 GPa and
Poisson's ratio is 0.3.The density of 253MA is 7.8 g/cm ³.Standard 253MA complies with ASTM A240, A276, A312, A479, and A813
standards.The yield strength of 253MA is ≥ 310 MPa, tensile strength is ≥ 600
MPa, and elongation is ≥ 30%.
253MA has excellent mechanical properties and can maintain stable
mechanical properties in high temperature and corrosive
environments.
Characteristic 253MA not only has good high-temperature resistance,
but also has good corrosion resistance and antioxidant performance.
In corrosive environments containing sulfuric acid, nitric acid,
hydrofluoric acid, and other strong acids, 253MA can still maintain
excellent corrosion resistance. In addition, 253MA also has good
heat shock resistance and thermal stability.Overall, 253MA is an excellent high-temperature alloy material with
excellent high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and
corrosion resistance. Due to its widespread application in
furnaces, heating equipment, heat exchangers, and other
high-temperature equipment, 253MA is a very useful material for
applications that can withstand high temperatures and corrosive
environments
S30815 is a heat-resistant austenitic stainless steel with high creep strength and good corrosion resistance, suitable for applications requiring high creep strength and good corrosion resistance, such as sintering equipment, blast furnace equipment, steel melting, furnaces and continuous casting equipment, rolling machines (heating furnaces), heat treatment furnaces and accessories, mineral equipment and cement production equipment
