Steel Material
All of our material are purchased from famous mill factory to
assure the quality
A mill certificate issued by the mill factory with stamp and
signature must be provided before unload the material in our
factory ,otherwise we have our reason to refuse the material .
Before put into production ,all the material must pass the
chemical and physical analysis to make sure that they have
meet the requested strength and component.

Design and Detail
Lofting and design software :We have transmisson power pole
design software which can help us design all kinds of steel
pole ,at the same time ,the TMA and LMA are adopted by us to
provide the design the drawing accuratly
Manufacturing Process
Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines
including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears
machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic
straightener, etc. All the purpose is to produce good quality
steel poles.
After fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally get poles checked according to client's requirements before delivery.
FAQ
1. Price Term: EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
The price includes pole shaft, base plate, cross arm and
anchor part.
Shipping seaport: Shanghai Seaport. For FOB, CFR or CIF
price, please specify which exact model you need, and tell us
your order quantity so that we can calculate the local transport
charges and sea freight.
2. MOQ: 1 sets for Customized
3. Payment: Typically 30% by T/T as deposit, balance by T/T or L/C at sight
before shipment. Other payment way can be negotiated.
4. Delivery time : goods can be ready for shipment within 10 workdays after
receiving deposit.
5. Warranty : 30 years
