1.steel poles are assembled by a simple and effective method to connect different sections together is slip joint.
2.The assembly can make different sections together into one piece.The following conditions need to be achieved before install the pole:
(1)Slip joint length need to reach rated(standard) length L,amd the tolerance is +-150mm.
(2)Apply a force F st the connection position to make the top and lower solidly connected to prevent the silde.
The recommend F is 1O tones,the pulling force for the pulley block is 5 tonnes.

Production
our steel pole is bend to form to the polygonal(conical) section firstly.Then it is welded by the automatic submerged-arc welding machine.Thirdly the top cap,strip and base plate will be welded to the pole.And finally other accessories (support brackets ,ladder support,etc.)will be welded to the pole shaft.
Galvanization
The galvanization of the steel pole are under strict control.galvanization is achieved by immersion in a molten zinc bath(450°) after pre-treated(dipping)
