Product Overview

Heavy duty A5 double girders overhead traveling crane

Double girder overhead crane is composed with double girder frame,
crane travelling end truck, and the top running trolley with
lifting and travelling device. The cranes are equipped with
frequency inverter, which makes the crane speeds adjusted under 10
grades speeds. It could move very slow which makes it possible to
do very accurate works. 
This model overhead crane is designed under GB regulation, passed
ISO, CE certification.
The crane lifting and travelling speeds are steady and accurate.

Main Features of QD model overhead crane:
1. Heavy duty of M5~M8 (ISO), medium-heavy duty;
2. Soft start, 3-5 speeds to operate, very stable to lift and
running,operation smoothly.
3. Long life span: 25-30 years;
4. Six direction action, to make sure the enough wide working
area.;
5. High quality welding work;
6. Remote control or cabin control;
7. Electrical parts will be Schneider/Siemens;
8. Crane is equipped with all moving limit switch, loading limit
and other standard safety devices, to promise crane work safe.9.

1). Wheels, wire rope drum, gears, couplings are processed by CNC
machine center, TOP quality control;
2). Heavy duty motors with IP54/55, insulation class F3). Siemens/Schneider main electric parts are used for durable and
safe operation
4). Frequency inverters could be equipped on the crane for speed
controlling.
