LH 10 Ton Double Girder Overhead Crane is europe style which including 5 ton 10 ton 16 ton 32 ton and so on. It can be customized according to your different requirements. It is of advanced technology, whose design is based on international standard: FEM (Europe), DIN (Germany), ISO(International), equipped with many advantages such as: strong rigidity, light dead weight, low power, outstanding structure design etc.

The configurations are very advanced, such as Schneider electricals, ABM/Nord / SEW triple gear motor (three in one: motor, gear box, brake), galvanized high strength wire rope, self-adjusted disk brake, hard tooth reducer, programmable lifting limit switch, and so on.

1. Component Unit: The crane is simply constructed by girder, end carriages, hoisting unit and elecrical control. The design is based on the principle of maximum functions with minimum component units and free maintenance.

The installation of hoist and main girder adopted screws pith adjustment enable the dimension of hoist andmain girder is more accurate and convenience, The small gap of hoist and main girder that greatly increase the lifting space and save the material space.

5. Control unit: main electric element adopts international well-known brands like Schneider and Siemensetc,.so it is high quality with good performance its security is guaranteed Control method consists of pendant control.cabin control and wireless remote control, and also be used in conbination.
