PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

160T A7 YZS type four beam electric overhead bridge cranes for factory

Casting crane is one of the main equipment in the continuous
casting process of steel making. It is mainly used for mixing
molten iron in the converter charging span to the converter,
hoisting the molten steel to the refining furnace in the refining
span or hoisting the molten steel in the molten steel span to the
continuous casting turntable.

The overall structure of the foundry crane can be divided into:
double-beam double-track, four-beam four-track, four-beam six-track
and so on. The double-beam double-rail and four-beam four-rail
forms are generally used for medium and large tonnage casting
cranes, and the four-beam six-rail double trolley form is generally
used for extra-large tonnage casting cranes. Casting crane is one
of the leading products produced by our company. The casting cranes
designed and manufactured by our company are advanced in

PRODUCT FEATURES

The casting cranes produced by our company can provide the
following functions according to user requirements:

1. The speed of each mechanism can be adjusted (1:10 or greater);

2. The spreader can be rotated;

3. The hook distance of the gantry hook is variable;

4. Overload limit and alarm;

5. Load weighing and display, PLC control and fault detection,
display, recording and printing systems;

6. Prevent collisions between cranes with the same span.

Main Girder

Welded construction;Lower dead weight;
High degree of vertical and horizontal;
High rigidity;
Smaller wheel pressures.

Trolley

Final drive gears are made of heat-treated carbon steel for higher
strength; Precision needle roller bearings for high pressure areas
provide lower friction levels and longer service life. 

Hook

Forged hook;the main and auxiliary hooks cooperate with the work to dump metal
liquid, and the hook head is equipped with an anti-drop device to
prevent the wire rope from falling off.

Motor

YZS series of metallurgy;Insulation class is H;
Protection grade is IP55;
Better mechanical strength;
Total power of the motor to meet the requirements of static power
1.54 times.

Cabin

Open or close or heat preservation;High strength frame;
The design is made of medium density board and aluminum plastic
plate or with thin steel plate riveting;
All-round view of the interior without dead ends.
