Of all the motor applications, automotive motors are some of the
most demanding and can benefit most
from slot insulation using epoxy coating powder.
1. Automotive applications of motors include enclosures, vehicle components such as
ABS, HVAC,window lift, seat adjuster,sunroof and
antenna, windshield wiper and fuel pump armatures,
motorcycle, electric bicycle, toy and small
electromotor of home appliances rotors and many more.
2. Aside from automotive motors, industrial motors can also benefit
from epoxy coating powder
for slot insulation. Industrial motor applications
include power tools, home appliances and so on.
Work process:
High frequency deoil---fan cooling---coating---outside powder
clearning---curing---air cooling
Electrostatic resin coating machine composed of pre-heating zone,
cooling zone, resin coating zone and
curing zone.
Rotor/Armature is transferred to electrostatic fluidizing
bed by screw for coating. Isolation power is evenly
coated on its surface, and then cured by high frequency heating.
Electrostatic powder coating is generally divided into three

The electrostatic powder coating machine contains a powder recovery
recyling device,
The device comprise a dust suction pipe disposed corresponding to
the coating device,
The powder cleaning device and the device located in the
electrostatic powder coating machine frame.
The separate dust suction pipes are concentrated to the total
dusting collecting pipe.
The total dusting piple send powder to cyclone separator,
Upper of the cyclone separator is an outlet pipe, and lower end is
a powder collecting piple which
connected to powder feeder.
