Hastelloy is a nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy, which is mainly divided into nickel-chromium alloy and nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy. Hastelloy X (N06002) Hastelloy is a nickel-based superalloy with
high iron content, which is mainly solidified by chromium and
molybdenum. It has good resistance to oxidation and corrosion. High
temperature alloy HastelloyX is a kind of alloy. A
nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy of cobalt and tungsten is added.
With moderate durability and creep strength below 900 °C, cold and
hot formability and weldability are good. Used in the manufacture
of aero-engine combustor components and other high-temperature
components, long-term use below 900 ° C, short-term operating
temperature up to 1080 ° C. The main varieties supplied are plates,
strips, pipes, bars, forgings, ring parts and precision castings.
HastelloyX alloy has excellent oxidation resistance at temperatures
up to 1200 ° C and can also be used in neutral and reducing
atmospheres. At the same time, HastelloyX alloy is resistant to
carbonization and nitriding.

sheet and pipe: 1130 ~ 1170 ° C, rapid air or water cooling; bar
and ring test sample: 1175 ° C ± 15 ° C, air cooling or faster

status:
supply δ0.5 ~ 4.0mm sheet, δ0.05 ~ 0.8mm strip, outer diameter 4 ~
20mm, wall thickness 1.0 ~ 2.0mm pipe, diameter A welding wire of
0.2 to 10.0 mm, a bar of diameter ≤ 300 mm and a ring of various

shapes and sizes. Plates, strips and pipes are supplied after
solution treatment and pickling, and the strips can also be
supplied in cold-rolled state; the wire is delivered in a hard,

It can also be delivered in straight line; bars and rings are
delivered without heat treatment. Precision castings are supplied
in the cast state.
Hastelloy X (N06002) Hastelloy smelting and casting process:
using electric arc furnace charging slag or non-vacuum induction
furnace charging slag remelting process. The castings are produced
by re-melting the master alloy in an induction furnace and then
pouring into the heated mold shell, and the pouring speed is
preferably as fast as possible.
