High quality oil and gas round square pipeline seamless carbon steel pipe
Description:
Carbon steel pipe can be divided into seamless steel pipe, straight
steel pipe, spiral steel pipe, high frequency welded steel pipe and
so on.Carbon steel seamless steel pipe is a kind of long steel.
The pipe has a hollow section and is used in a large number of
pipelines for fluid transportation, such as those for oil, natural
gas, gas, water and some solid materials.
Generally, the outer diameter of hot-rolled seamless pipe is
greater than 32mm, the wall thickness is 2.5-75mm, the outer
diameter of cold-rolled seamless pipe can be up to 6mm, the wall
thickness can be up to 0.25mm, and the outer diameter of
thin-walled pipe can be up to 5mm, the wall thickness is less than
0.25mm, and the precision of cold rolling is higher than that of
hot rolling.
General carbon steel pipe: it is made of 16Mn, 5MnV and other
low-alloy structural steels, such as 10, 20, 30, 35, 45, 45
etc.Seamless pipes made of mild steel such as 10 and 20 are mainly
used for fluid transportation pipes.The seamless pipe made of
medium carbon steel such as 45 and 40Cr is used to make mechanical
parts, such as mechanical parts of cars and tractors.Carbon steel
tubes are generally used for strength and flattening tests.The
hot-rolled steel pipe is delivered in the hot-rolled or
heat-treated condition;Cold rolling is delivered as heat treatment.

Brand:ASTM steel tube can be divided into different steel grades
according to the strength of steel casing, namely J55, K55, N80,
L80, C90, T95, P110, Q125, V150, etc.
Different grades are adopted for different well conditions and
depths.
The casing itself is also required to have corrosion resistance
under corrosive conditions.
API seamless steel pipe also requires the casing to have impact
resistance in the place of complex geological conditions.
