2. Instruction :
This series of equipment is used for the production of various
carbonated beverages in polyester bottles. The red bottle, filling
and capping are realized on one machine. The whole design is
scientific and reasonable, with beautiful appearance, complete
functions, convenient operation and maintenance, and high
automation program.
Comprehensive use of advanced technologies from Italy and Germany.
Filling speed, liquid level control. Such as: no bottle without
filling, blasting or filling the bottle when the filling valve will
automatically shut down, and automatic flushing and other advanced
automatic control technology.
Bottles are used to lift cylinders, oil nylon gear drive, low
noise, the whole machine running balance.
The magnetic torque type screw cap is used to achieve the function
of capping and capping. Capping torque can be adjusted steplessly,
with a constant torque screw cap function, and does not damage the
cap, seal tight and reliable.
The horizontal rotary pneumatic lider has the functions of not
damaging the surface of the bottle cap and automatically filling
the cover with a cover in the hopper.
The whole machine adopts PLC computer program control and
man-machine interface touch screen buttons, with automatic control
of the liquid level in the material cylinder, no bottle filling, no
bottle without capping function, and a bottled star wheel bottled
in the wrong position to stop and cover chute The lack of cover and
other functions.
