Before starting, open all the inlet and outlet valves of the pipe. When the medium flows into the cavity, there is no abnormal movement after the pump is rotated with the hand. Then the pump will start to move first. After the pump is turned and the medium is flowing, the official operation is started, and the empty pump is strictly prohibited. When the pump reaches the normal speed,
Observe the pressure index of the pump.
When the pump installation location has suction requirements, fill the inlet pipe and pump cavity of the pump.
When the process requires the heating or cooling of the medium, the heating or cooling device should be opened before the pump is opened. The heating energy is opened 10 minutes in advance, and then the pump is opened.
The mechanical seal pump equipped with cooling water must open the cooling water before starting the machine, and ensure no interruption after startup. Otherwise, the mechanical seal will be damaged immediately.
Two. Operation
1. During the operation of the pump, attention should be paid to the power of the motor and the operation of the pump.
2, the mechanical seal should not leak and heat.
3. Pump with packing seal shall allow 1~3 drops per minute, such as increased leakage, slightly pressed material ring, no need to disassemble and assemble.
4. When the mechanical stepless transmission is used, the speed control is gradually adjusted according to the speed of the digital display, and the speed control disc is strictly prohibited when the machine is stopped. Otherwise, the non - pole reducer will be damaged.
5, the use of frequency converter can use manual frequency modulation and automatic control two ways.
6, often check the pump and motor heating, when the pump is in the state of water cooling, the temperature rise of the bearing is 40 degrees. When the pump is in the hot water insulation state, the temperature of the bearing housing is allowed to be higher than that of the pump body at 30 C.
7, the valve can not be adjusted by the inlet pipeline to avoid cavitation and pump vibration.
8, when the pump is running, it is strictly prohibited to close the inlet and outlet valves.
Three. Stop
1. Stop the pump and close the inlet and outlet valve.
2, after the pump has been discontinued for a long time, it should first turn the coupling with the hand before starting. The handle has resistance, but it can rotate at will and the weight is uniform. And notice whether there are friction and foreign objects in the pump.
3. When the pump and deceleration motor are relocated, the coaxiality of the pump shaft and the motor shaft should be checked, and the outer and the left and right parts of the shaft of the coupling shall not exceed 0.1mm, otherwise the vibration of the pump will be caused, and the life of the spindle will be affected.
