Q: Are your products in stock?
A: Some are kept in stock, but some are produced according to your orders.

Q: What's your delivery time?
A: As usual, casting ones need 35-45days according to quantities, machining ones need 25-35days, tubes need 20days. Please kindly advise us in advance if you need urgently, then we will try best to catch early time.

Q: How could we know the production process?
A: Our sales team will update the process to you every week, and the photos will be sent for your reference before delivery.

Q: Are samples available?

A: Yes, samples could be supplied freely for checking. And standard parts could be sent out 3-5days after sample order confirmed.

Q: What’s your minimum order quantity?

A: 100pcs as usual, and sample order can be accepted too.

Q: How to ship?
For small quantity, delivery by DHL,TNT, FEDEX, UPS takes 5-7days.
For big quantity, shipping by air or sea could be according to your choice.
