1. Descriptions:

SEMS save time during assembly and afford the same benefits as non-attached washers such as distributing load, acting as a spacer, reducing vibration and acting as a protective barrier.
SEMS screws combine two separate parts into one pre-assembled, low cost fastener. With washers under the head, SEMS screws are fast, permanent, and easily adaptable to many applications.SEMS screws provide design and manufacturing efficiencies by combining multiple parts, captive washer and screw, into one versatile fastener. The style of lockwasher or combination of assembled parts can provide bottom line savings for production. One part to inventory, track and assemble. In addition, to the more standard series shown below, specials with cables, or even electrical assemblies can be fashioned.
