1. Descriptions:

     The Wedge Bolt+ anchor is a Building Code Approved one-piece, heavy duty screw anchor with a finished hex head. It is simple to install, easy to identify and fully removable. The patented steel threads tap into the hole providing strong loads. The anchor is designed for structural loading in cracked and untracked concrete. Wedge Bolts are designed to fit standard fixture holes. For proper performance, use a Wedge Bit.

3. Installation: 

• Using the proper diameter wedge bit for the wedge bolt being installed, drill a hole in the base material using a hammer drill in the hammer mode
• Drill the hole to a depth of a minimum of one anchor diameter deeper than the wedge bolt will penetrate. It is important that the embedment depth of the wedge bolt is at least the minimum embedment depth for the diameter of wedge bolt being installed.
• Insert the wedge bolt through the hole in the fixture and into the hole in the base material. Rotate the wedge bolt clockwise and apply pressure to engage the threads in the base material.
• The installation is completed once the head of the wedge bolt is seated securely against the fixture.
