Drilled steel ball is usually made of carbon steel,aisi 201 304 316 stainless steel,copper,brass and aluminum material.

Size ranges of drilled steel ball is from as small as 3mm and as big as 50.8mm.

Process of Production

Shaping

Shape the molding of balls with the injectiong or blowing methord

Grinding

Put the shaped ball into the grinding machines to eliminate the parts

Cleaning

Clean the grinded plastic balls to eliminate the oil and the abrasive

Fine Grinding

Further fine lapping to reach the required size and high precision

Polishing

Further process the plasitc balls to make the balls bright
