Ferritic steel refers to low-carbon chromium stainless steel with chromium content greater than 14% and chromium stainless steel with carbon content greater than 27%. Crl7, cr17mo2ti, Cr25, cr25mo3ti, Cr28, etc. belong to this category. Ferritic stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance due to its high chromium content, but poor mechanical and process properties.
