Automatic coil steel bundy aluminum copper tube pipe straightening and cutting machine

Description

1) Motor driving for loading material. Frequency speed control;
rotary encoder measuring; Equipped with functions like output
counting, tube winding, feeding slip protection.

2) PLC control. Human-machine interface operation to set
parameters.

3) Use no scraps cutting method for cutting the tube coil.

4) The fixture, straightening wheels, feeding wheels are made of
Cr12 steel which passed heat treatment and fine polishing.

5) Spare parts: cutters- 2sets; 6) Decoiler:Maximum load: 150kg
Maximum diameter of coil: 1000mm

APPLICATION

Suitable for tube straightening and cutting different size of wire.
