Auto Intermediate Bulk Container IBC Cage Tank Frame Production Line Welding Equipment Machine


Hwashi IBC Cage Frame Automatic Wel. This machine is designed as reinforced gantry structure with the advantage of high rigidity and stable running. The welding power is designed with medium frequency inverter power supply system with the features of electricity and energy saving.
The machine is equipped with 6 sets of welding head and 4 sets of power supply systems. The welding current of each single point could be adjusted independently in order to ensure the reliability of welding spot.

Production Capacity: 50sec/pc  

Main weld Frame
Four set of MF transformer are used to control 6 set of welding electrodes to ensure good welding quality for each welding spot. The two-side piano type welding style can speed up the welding process. Each metallic grid mesh can be finish with one minute.
Upper and lower air cylinder design can ensure the flat welding position.
Welding electrode with screw design can make the each electrode more durable.

Six-Head IBC Frame Automatic Welding Machine
The welding power is designed with 4 sets of MF DC power source.It can do 6 spots welding at one time. Double layer fixture feeder.When one fixture is under welding, another fixture can be loaded with material.
Flat Tube Mesh and Firm Welding Qualit
The welding machine will weld the tube into flat mesh type. Firm and strong welding quality. It will take about 60sec to complete the welding process.

Vertical Double Station IBC Frame Bending Machine

IBC cage frame double station bending machine is processed as a whole to ensure high bending precision, stable operation and high efficiency.

Bend the Flat Mesh into Square Shape

The bending machine will bend the flat mesh into square frame. It will takes about 20- 25sec to complete the bending process.

Bending Beam

  1. CNC processed bending beam is used to ensure the bending angle.

  2. Each mold on the bending beam can be adjusted upward and downward for about 3mm to increase bending range.

  3. 120 degree mold design made each bending angle more smooth.

Bending Frame

Rectangle shape machine frame with thicker steel column and door shape cover panel, which made the machine firm and stable.

Hydraulic Pressure Station

IBC bending machine is applied to the bending of pallet tank meshes, and they will be bent into rectangular frames with the outline dimension of (1200±5mm)×(1000±5mm).

IBC Cage Frame Locking Machine
IBC cage frame locking machine is processed as a whole, with high insertion precision, large fastness to locking, stable and efficient operation.
Locking Efficiency and Quality
The locking machine will lock the ends of the tube frame using hydraulic force. It will takes about 25-30sec to complete the locking process.
Adjustable clinching arm
1. According to the different IBC metallic cage design, the adjustable clinching arm can made wider working range for the machine.
2. Hydraulic and pneumatic design for clinching arm can make the machine more efficient.
3. The clinching arm is also designed to automatic jointing the two side of the pipe together
Hydraulic clinching mold
Clinching mold with hydraulic system can make tight clinching spot for the pipe to prevent the metallic cage to crack.

Auto-sending device for metallic cage can make the auto cage production more smooth and efficient.

IBC Cage Frame Hole Making and Punching Machine
IBC cage frame hole making and punching machine is used to form the hole on the frame, so the complete frame can be fixed on the base frame.
Hole Making Efficiency and Quality
The hole making and punching machine is using hydraulic force. It will takes about 25-30sec to complete the complete process.

IBC Cage Base Frame Welding Machine
The base frame welding machine design adopts horizontal structure and 7 welding heads for completing the welding of base frame.The operator only need to load and unload the product. The machine will do the welding automatically.
