Welder, Under the operation of transformer, butt welding machine utilizes
the general mains supply to lower the voltage and increase the
electric current. Such kind of low voltage but large current will
be transmitted from the electrode to the linked point of two work
pieces. On the linkage, due to the resistance of work piece, high
temperature will occur so the metal will therefore generates high
heat to make the work pieces in molten condition. Thus, the purpose
of welding the two work pieces is achieved.
The adjustable fixture is designed with double guide rail device on
both sides, matching with the precision-machined linear guide rail.
The lower fixture is designed as cylinder rising up mode. Simple
structure, convenient adjustment.
The shaft part will be clamped by cylinders while the bushing part
will be located in the lower fixture. The lower fixture will be
designed to match the bushing in order to ensure the effective
conductivity of welding current. After starting the welding, the
cylinder will clamp the shaft, then the lower fixture will rise up
to welding.

Suitable for welding stabilizer link, automobile connecting rod, push rod, shifting fork, etc.
