Pneumatic butt welding machine, also known as resistance butt
welding machine, uses the resistance between the contact surfaces
of the two workpieces to instantly pass a low voltage and a large
current to make the contact surfaces of the two butt metals
instantly heat to melt and fuse. No need to upgrade any solder,
high efficiency and low cost.
The butt welding machine adopts high-performance pneumatic
components, and the core shaft and guide shaft are all made of
stainless steel. The welding controller is controlled by a data
integrated control system or a microcomputer resistor controller to
set up main parameters such as charging time, welding time, delay,
rest, welding current, etc. It can be equipped with double foot
pedal, double single pulse, double current Control function, and
its thyristor temperature increase supervision function. A variety
of welding controllers satisfy different functions and can be used
for one machine.
The secondary internal pressure test of the welding transformer is
used for forced cooling, and it is made of high-permeability raw
materials with a lifting design, low full-load loss, strong and
stable output power and long life.
