The Ibc Tank Is Composed Of Inner Container And Metal Frame.

The Metal Frame Is Made Of Bended Tubular Mesh.

Used for the production of IBC tonnage frame. The production
process includes the welding of the galvanized pipe to the frame
mesh, the bending of the outer frame, the insert riveting of the
two ends of the screen frame after bending, the flattening and
drilling of the connection between the bottom tube and the bottom
plate of the screen frame, and the selection of steel for some
parts. The feet are welded on the steel feet of the bottom support.
The frame mesh welding machine uses an intermediate frequency
inverter resistance welding controller, which has the advantages of
fast welding speed, high current, and good penetration. It is
suitable for welding IBC frame mesh galvanized ribbed crescent
tube, galvanized ribbed square tube, etc. Material, and achieve
excellent welding strength and solder joint appearance; the welded
mesh can be manually transported or automatically unloaded by a
manipulator to be stacked on the mesh stacking trolley and
transported to the next process; the welding line uses a pneumatic
manipulator With the conveyor belt, the automatic feeding,
reversal, bending, locking, flattening, punching and conveying of
the mesh can be achieved.
