Description
There is a coil in the flameout solenoid valve that is the same as that of the generator. When the power is turned on, a magnetic force is generated to pull the flameout switch back to the oil. When the power is off, there is no magnetic force.
After the flameout solenoid valve is used for a long time, the piston is easily blocked by dust and dirt and cannot move, and then there is a phenomenon that the flameout solenoid valve cannot be started or extinguished. It needs to be removed and cleaned, and no lubriing oil can be applied inside, because the solenoid valve is close to the engine, and the lubriing oil is easily mixed with dust and evaporated into mud by the high temperature of the engine.
Flame-off solenoid valve function: The flame-off solenoid valve can be used to ensure that the engine is forced to turn off when the engine is running without oil or when the oil pressure is low, so as to protect the engine from damage. Note: If the engine is stopped, there must be no oil pressure. At this time, the flameout solenoid valve will not work even if it is energized. The work delay of the flameout solenoid valve is about 30 seconds.
Effectively prevent the engine from burning tiles and causing major damage to the cylinder due to insufficient oil. The lack of oil caused by burning oil, or the blockage of the oil filter, the damage of the oil pump, etc., the low oil pressure, or the lack of oil pressure will cause the engine to burn the walla cylinder, increasing unnecessary economic losses and waste of time.
