Brief introduction of submersible ultrasonic Transducer
A high tech ultrasonic cleaner works as a result of sound waves
being introduced into a cleaning liquid by means of a series of
transducers mounted onto the cleaning tank. Underwater Ultrasonic
Transducer Equipment use the split type structure,which high
frequency with socket connection between vibration plate and
ultrasonic generator, make it convenient for use and maintenance.
It has obvious advantages in which it is easy to dismounting,
assembling and maintenance.
When the power of slot ultrasonic cleaning machine is too small,we
can use thrown-in-type immersible transducer. it can be converted
into ultrasonic cleaning machine which is also a kind of low cost
Submersible Ultrasonic Transducer.

Submersible ultrasonic transducers can be used to clean irregular,
complex, big specialized instruments, components and PCBs of sundry
shops, workshops, factories etc.Wide range of applications, not
limit to the size of product cleaned. Electroplating pretreatment and other industries parts. Especially

The immersible ultrasonic transducers can be mounted on the sides
or bottoms of the parts washing/cleaning tanks, depending upon
their geometry. In general, side mounting is recommended for tanks
where the depth is more than two times the smallest of the length /
width and side mounting the ultrasonics reduces the debris and
foreign material from settling on the top of the transducer box
which will reduce the ultrasonic effectiveness.
These submersible ultrasonics can be made in 25/28 kHz frequency,
for tough to clean parts like engine blocks and mold cleaning burnt
on carbon, and 40 kHz frequency for general parts cleaning
including precision machined components, in an agitated immersion
parts washer or stationary metal sided tanks. Immersibles are not
typically added to polypropylene, PVC, PVDF or other plastic based
tanks as the plastic absorbs the ultrasonic energy thereby reducing
the cavitation energy delivered to the part surface.
