It consists of 10" or 12" hydraulic cones and manifold. The mud pressure is increased to 0.25Mpa to 0.4Mpa by sand pump. Then the mud flows into the cones through 2 1/2" inlet on cone sides and the separated particles are drained from the underflow openings whose size can be adjusted.
At the same time, the light liquid is drained out from outlets on the top along the middle passage. Single hydraulic capacity is 100 m3/h to 120 m3/h. removing 45 um to 74 um solid particles.
