The repair kits
1. The pulse diaphragm valves are especially designed for dust
collector service applications, combining high flow, long life and
extremely fast opening and closing to produce reliable and
economical operation.
2. The high quality diaphragms are reinforced and wear resistant to
guarantee a long operating life, even under harsh conditions.
3. The design with integral compression fittings will facilitate
installation because there is no need for threaded piping.
4. Integral pilot operated valves satisfy all relevant EC
directives.
5. The high flow, angle type bodies in combination with the special
main diaphragm assemblies give the unique operating features
required for pulse jet valves service applications.
The valve's common characteristics
1. Solenoid coil has one-touch terminal block with easy electrical
wiring. For outdoor use, use aluminum die-casting material body.
2. A timer controller for quick opening and closing of valve and a
waterproofed, up to 180'C heat resistance coil are used.
3. Diaphragm is opened by the movement of solenoid coil,
instantly(0.1~0.9sec) large amounts of compressed air is discharged
at once.
4. Used for dusting off the surface of the FILTER BAG.
