Soldering Robot DT450

The Soldering Robot is controlled by PC with fast speed and friendly man-machine interface, the speed of each soldering point can be set independently. The machine will monitor if the speed is in the reasonable range and adjust it if necessary to make sure the smooth movement and extend the machine life time as much as possible.

• Four axis linkage robot, use advanced PC control algorithm to improve positioning accuracy of the soldering tip, Repeat accuracy of 24 Hrs non-return to zero continuously moving is <0.04mm.

• Software is running on Windows operating system, no limit to software size.

• Full touch screen operation & easy programming, a touch on screen with finger to finish a point setting. No special skill required for operator.

• Global modification, the parameter modification for a singe soldering can also be applied to all of the same type of soldering in current configuration file.

• Wobble function: monitor real people during soldering, it especially effective for big point.

• Various soldering type, support single point and slide soldering, all parameters can be customized by operator.

• Soldering tip’s angle & orientation can be adjusted freely to satisfy various complex soldering.

• The path of all the soldering joints can be seen clearly on the screen, it is helpful for operators to know the soldering status and convenient for parameter modification too.

• Optimizing process will be processed after program settings are finished, when there’s no barrier between neighbour joints, after optimize process, machine will choose the shortest way to improve efficiency.

• The soldering robot can calculate compensation point automatically after specify panel and space distance.

• The solder feed can be start up at any time to meet requirement of the various soldering process.
