1. Description Of Soybean Protein Production Line:

Soya Nugget processing line is developed and manufactured on base of our experience combined with the advanced machines from foreign countries. This line takes soybean meal and peanut meal as main raw materials. After milling, mixing, extruding and cutting, the meal becomes layer fiber structure. The finished products have high nutrition; look and taste like meat; easy to absorbing oil, water and taste; without cholesterol and animal fat, so it is widely used in meat products industry, fast food production, deepfreeze food production, and all kinds of vegetarian snacks and food.

8. Technical Parameters Of Soybean Protein Production Line

a.) Double-layer 304 stainless steel mesh belt, pressing material between them, preventing from floating, and frying it fully.

b.)There are scrapers on the upper belt, automatically taking material forwards to the other side.

c.) When cleaning the parts inside fryer, belt and housing can be lifted automatically by pressing the button on the support.

d.) Material of controller casing can be stainless steel or plastic coating.

e.) Automatic oil lever alarm, timely reminding workers to add oil. With our matched system, it can be realized automatically.

    Time, speed and temperature of frying can be adjusted and controlled as per your requirement.
