Solid Steel Base Jack and U Head Jack to Level Scaffolding Systems
Heavy duty solid steel base jacks with 140 x 140 mm base plate and U head of 150 x 120 x 50 mm to support horizontal beams.
Can fit all types of scaffold systems, such as frames, ringlock, or cuplock systems.
Base plate is welded to the tubular screw stem. The base plate has a hole in each corner for securing to mudsill, as following:
The screw jack with base plate allows your scaffolding system to be leveled on uneven surfaces. ACME threads are used on the screw stem.
There is a notch / cut in the threads of the screw stem to prevent the nut from coming off and to keep the screw jack from being over-extended.
Provides up to 450mm of adjustability.
Various finishing are available: painting, e-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized.

Packing:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons
to 26 tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---bundles: timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---pallet: small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---wooden cases: it is available on customer's request.
---bulk: some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days
after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
