Pills are not the best alternative for a number of different
reasons. The first reason that sticks out to me is because you have
to carry a bottle of pills around and usually take one before each
meal. This can be annoying and many times people forget so they do
not get the results that they want and they give up. Another reason
is because pills only get partially absorbed and that means that
you are not going to get the results that you want as quickly as
you may think according to the dosage on the bottle.
