Product Description

The dryer felt include BOB dryer felt, BOM dryer felt, spiral dryer felt, even dryer felt, anti-electricity dryer felt and seaming dryer felt. The five latters concentrate all excellencies of BOB dryer fabrics. Having the characters of good filterability, mark-free, heat-resistant and wet-resistant and anti-aging, even structure, wear-resistant, stable size, great strength, anti-high=pressure, easy to operation and long life. Anti-electricity dryer felt used specially for special tissue paper, having good characters of preventing paper breaking because of the electricity in dryer part. Usage It can be used for many industries, such as military industry, electro mechanic, “D” Train, aerospace, plane manufacture, shipbuilding, precise machinery, electric appliance, electric wire, textile, spare parts of particular machinery, stainless steel polishing, marble polishing and so on. A papermakers' felt for the press or dewatering section of a papermaking machine is formed with an inner woven fabric and with a plurality of longitudinally extending, transversely spaced heavy yarns or strands which are supported on the bottom surface of the fabric by a relatively light cross-machine yarn or binder pick which interconnects the heavy strands with the warp yarns of the fabric. It is a kind of precious material in paper making industry. It can be divided into three types: wet felt, upper felt and dry felt according to the uses.
