Rubber-tyred yacht gantry cranes are mainly used for hoisting track slabs, sleepers, templates, rail rows, rails, and turnouts in the ballastless track construction of yacht hoisting, high-speed railways, and passenger dedicated lines. The main features are as follows:
1. Engine with high reliability, low fuel consumption and large torque reserve coefficient, reasonable power matching and excellent heat dissipation system.
2. The span can be changed without disintegration to meet the construction requirements of different line spacing and different spans of single lines.
3. The height of the column is variable, which can meet the construction site with cross slope.
4. Reasonable load distribution, four-wheel support, four-wheel balance, hydraulic brake, reliable and stable.
5. The key hinge points are sealed and lubricated by dust, and the pin shaft and bushing have a long service life.
6. The expandability of the equipment function is good, the spreader can be automatically adjusted to any horizontal and vertical angles, and various track plate spreaders, loose pillow devices, tool rail clamps and other lifting tools can be selected.
7. Fully enclosed driver's cab, sound insulation and noise reduction, wide field of vision; rationally arranged instruments and various operating devices, real-time monitoring, and easy operation.

Main Features

• 1. For the crane traveling, this crane can move in diagonal direction, this boat and yacht handling crane also can steer in 90 degree and put the boat in any designated position according to requirements.

• 2. This crane can be adjusted the width of the main girder according to the boat in case to handling different side boat.

• 3. This yacht handling crane is of low expense, high performance, easy to operate and maintenance and so on. 4. Low cost on the daily operation, it adopts the soft and firm belt to ensure there is no harm to the boat when hoisting.

Environmental Conditions

1. The power source is three-phase alternating current,rated frequency is 50HZ,rated voltage is 380V.
2. The working environment temperature ranges from -20℃ to +45℃ and the relative humidity is no lower than 95%(with dew).
3. In-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 20m/s; out-of-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 44m/s.
4. The working class is A6-A7.
5. The gradient of crane traveling floor should be less than 1% and part of that should be no more than 3%.
6. The crane which has the special requirement for working conditions, can be manufactured following the contracts.
