Description
Amino Silane Coupling Agent 1100 gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane,
a versatile amino-functional coupling agent may be an excellent
candidate for use in a range of broad applications to provide
superior bonding between inorganic substrates and organic polymers.
Physical Properties
1. Colorless or pale yellow transparent liquid.
2. Soluble in a variety of organic solvent like ethyl alcohol, ethl glycolate, benzene etc.
3. Completely and immediately soluble in water (with reaction)
4. High Boiling point is 217℃.

Application
| 1. 3-Aminopropyltriethoxylsilane has two different functional groups in its molecule which are amino and oxethy groups, therefore, is can form bonds between organic polymer and inorganic fillers to enhance the properties of bonding and mechanical, electrical, water resistance of those polymer based composite. |
| 2. It is apply to polymers like epoxy resin, phenolic resin, cyanuramide, PVC, polyacrylate, polyurethane. |
| 3. With polysulfide, urethane, RTV silicones, epoxy, nitrile,
and phenolic adhesives and sealants, the product can improve pigment dispersion and adhesion to glass, aluminum, steel and various other substrates. |
| 4. It is a kind of raw material to produce amino silicone oil and latex. |
| 5. The product can promote an improved, water-resistant bond between the abrasive grit and phenolic resin binder. |
| 6. This silane can strengthen the bond between the phenolic binder and foundry sand in shell molding. |
Package and storage
1. Package: 20 kg,180kg in plastic drums and 1000kg/IBC.
2. Storage: Kept in a low temperature, dry and ventilated place,
avoid direct sunlight.
3. Shelf life: One year in ventilating, cool and dry area.
