Physical Properties

The addition reaction of allyl chloride and trichlorosilane can get chloropropyl trichlorosilane,followed by reaction with methanol, and then aminate and separate to form TS-AMMO.

Application

1. When apply to thermoplastic and thermosetting resin such as phenol aldehyde, polyester, epoxy, PBT, polyamide, carbonate, TS-AMMO can greatly improve dry and wet bending strength, compression strength, shear strength and other physical mechanical properties, and wet electric properties. TS-AMMO also improves the wetting property and dispersion of stuffing into polymer.

2. When apply to the sand casting of resin, TS-AMMO can strengthen the adhesion, improve profile sand strength and antiwetting property. When added into phenol aldehyde in the production of glass fibre cotton and mineral cotton, it can improve moisture proof property and strengthen compression elastic resilience.

3. TS - AMMO is an excellent adhesion improver used in polyamide, epoxy, nitrile, phenol aldehyde adhesive and sealed material. TS - AMMO improves the dispersion of pigment and the adhesion to glass, aluminum, iron, also applicable for latex coating such as polyamide, epoxy and acrylic acid type.
TS-AMMO can be used to produce amino silicone oil and latex.

Package and storage

1. Package : 25kg or 200kg, 1000 kg in plastic drum.

2. Storage : Kept in a low temperature, dry and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight.

3. Shelf life: One year in ventilating, cool and dry area.
