Description
1. Phenolic Resin SL-1801 is a thermoplastic p-t-octyl phenol-formaldehyde resin.
2. It is made by reacting phenol (an aromatic alcohol derived from benzene) with formaldehyde (a reactive gas derived from methane).
3. This product is supplied in the form of pastilles without dust generation.

Application
| 1. This resin can be used in all kinds of rubber articles requiring high tack in between green rubber plies, especially in synthetic rubbers. |
| 2. This product is supplied in the form of pastilles without dust generation and therefore, much favored in the automatic weighing system. This resin can be easily mixed into rubber compounds and no contamination to equipment and workplace can be expected. |
| 3. Applied in production of heat insulation material. |
| 4. Used in the manufacture of electrical parts, such as switches, sockets, plugs, etc. |
| 5. The recommended dosage of SL-1801 should be 3-8phr. |
Packing and Storage
1. Packing: 25kg / bag .
2. Storage: Kept in a low temperature, dry and ventilated place,
avoid direct sunlight.
3. Shelf life: One year in ventilating, cool and dry area.
