IPL SHR (Super hair removal) is not like the traditional IPL hair
removal to use single pulse to heat up the hair follicle. It works
by gradually heating the dermis to a temperature that effectively
damages the hair follicles, preventing them from growing back,
while protectin the surrounding skin.
SHR technology is much like traditional IPL treatment but instead
of delivering individual high-intensity shots to the treatment
area, SHR scans the treatment zone—gradually heating the skin with
repetitive lowfluence pulses until the hair follicle is destroyed,
resulting in stunted hair regrowth or complete.
How does an IPL hair removal work?
IPL stands for Intense Pulsed Light technology. Home IPL hair
removal devices apply very gentle pulses of light to the hair root.
This makes the hair go into its resting phase: the hair you have
falls out, and gradually your body grows less hair in that area.
