The microchannel laser stack is formed by stacking several single
pieces. The inside of the monolithic is hollowed out and the laser
bar is packaged inside. Each single piece has a fine circulating
water path inside, which has high requirements on water quality
(deionized water, particulate matter <15μm in water), excellent
heat dissipation performance, long life and relatively high price.
The macro channel laser stack consists of a heat sink and several
light-emitting units that are packaged onto the surface of the heat
sink. The heat-dissipating water circuit is inside the heat sink,
and its water quality requirements are not high (no need to
deionize water, but the water particles <100μm), the price is
relatively low, and the cost performance is high .
