Product performance, structure and composition: Root canal file is
an oral root canal therapy preparation instrument which consists of
needle handle, needle base and needle tube.
Scope of application: It is suitable for the treatment of pulpitis,
periapical periodontitis and other pulp diseases, and is used for
the preparation of the whole root canal in root canal therapy (Sx
is used for the expansion of the root canal orifice, which is
convenient for establishing a straight channel; S1/S2 is used to
prepare the upper and middle root canals. F1/F2/F3 is used for the
preparation of all root canal working lengths).
Usage:
1. Expansion of root canal orifice: after pulp opening, probe the
root canal orifice, pull out pulp, flush the root canal (if
necessary, expand with Sx to remove dentin shoulder collar and
establish a straight channel), and then probe the root canal with a
small K file.
2. Determine the working length.
3. Preparation of the middle and upper part of root canal: rotate
S1 root clockwise under pressure, rotate it counterclockwise after
encountering resistance to dislocate it, and flush the root canal,
so as to reach the depth of probing file repeatedly. Prepare S1/S2
to the working length by using the file movement mode of root
pressure rotation, and pay attention to debris cleaning and root
canal flushing.
4. Preparation of apical area: Prepare the finishing root canal
file F1 to the working length, so that the apical 1/3 section and
the middle 1/3 section form a smooth and continuous pipeline, and
prepare it with No.20 K file. If there is a clamping feeling, it
will indicate that the preparation is complete;
If there is no clamping feeling, continue to use F2 to reach the
working length, and then put it into No.25 K file. If there is
clamping feeling, it will indicate that the preparation is
completed; If there is no clamping feeling, continue to use F3 to
reach the working length, and then put in No.30 K file. If there is
clamping feeling, it means that the root canal is ready and can be
filled.

1. Use after high temperature and high pressure sterilization.
2. Before use, the thread of the instrument should be checked, and
the tired file should be discarded in time to prevent the
separation of instruments in the root canal.
3. During the preparation process, the root canal should be washed
repeatedly and massively to disinfect and remove debris.
