Marine Shaft Bulkhead Gearing Ship Propulsion System

 

Description:

The product is applicable to the bulkhead gearing between the pump room and engine room (For shaft speed not more than 3,000 r/min). It is mainly used on ships transporting crude oil, petroleum products and liquid chemicals

According to the cooling mode of the drive is divided into the following two categories: a) Water-cooling type S, b) Air cooling type K

 

Main Technical Specifications:

  1. Shaft Size: Dia. 25 to 150mm
  2. Material: Casting Iron, White metal, Bronze, Copper
  3. Classification Certificates: CCS, NK, BV, ABS, DNV-GL, LR, KR, IRS, RS, RINA, Etc.

Type S

1. This type shall consist of at least one pair of dimming roller bearings, rotating shaft lip rubber seals, etc.

2. The cooling and lubricant cavities of the drive shall be equipped with a temperature display sensing monitoring device and an oil level indication instrument.

3. The drive should be equipped with a line fitting and a breathable discharge plug haze

4. The drive shall be mounted on the shaft of the pump compartment side and shall be equipped with the installation interface of the temperature sensor, which should trigger an alarm when the temperature exceeds 65'C.

5. The oil label interface should comply with JB/T 7942. 1 requirement.

6. Cooling water inlet pressure 0.5 MPa.

6. The housing is a steel structure or cast steel part.

8. The ends of the axis should have at least one end as an elastic coupling.

 

Type K

1 The device shall have an air cooling chamber and be equipped with an exhaust hole.

2 The device should use sliding bearings sealed with Li-based grease.

3 The ends of the shaft should have at least one end as an elastic coupling.

4 The drive shall be mounted at the bearings on the side of the pump compartment with an installation interface for the temperature sensor, which should trigger an alarm when the temperature exceeds 657.

5 The housing is a steel structure or cast steel part.
