Products Description

Insulated glass also called double glazed glass, apply to external
building walls which refers to the supporting structural system
that relative to the main structure, has a certain ability of
deformation, but the glass structural system does not share the weight or loading of building and main
structure, it is building wall. It mainly made of double glazed
glass that heat insulation and sound resistance, or tempered
laminated safety glass with spider system.

Advantages of Our Insulated Glass

1. We process insulated glass by using best quality float glass,
Butyl sealant, strength adhesive, molecular sieve etc raw material.
2. The warm-edge is built by Super-Spacer® technology between the
insulated glass panes to prohibit the transfer of heat.
3. Sealant should be double-layer and the thickness should be
greater than or equal to 5mm.
4. Inspection on the primary sealant, heat rise test for desiccant,
humidity and fog determination test etc must be carried out during
processing.

service, we welcome to customize you size, color, shape etc, flat
and curved shape are all available. The max size we can produce is
3300mmx12000mm, minimum radius we can do is 400mm and maximum arc
length is 5000mm. Process service such as edgeworks, drill hole,
safety corner ect process can customize according customers
requirement.

protection inside.
Each case will be fasten by metal belt.
