Delivery:

Q1. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive ?
A: We usually make shipment by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. In general
it takes
3-10days between delivery and arrival. If needed, shipment by air
or sea available.
Q2. What about the lead time ?

B. Mass order generally needs 7-20 days, depending on our
production schedule and the order quantity.
C. OEM delivery, after package design confirmed, the same period as
normal mass production.

A1. Customers choose items, small technical changes negotiable
based on quantity;
A2. Samples for test confirmation by customers, necessary
adjustment of flavors negotiable;
A3. Logo on products, both silkscreen and laser print acceptable,
and package design confirmation;
A4. Trial order production and confirmation;
A5. Batch order production.

Q4. Is it OK to print my logo on disposable vape devices or packing
boxes ?
A: Yes of course, please inform us formally before our production
and confirm the design firstly based on our samples.
Q5. How to deal with the faulty ?
Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the
faulty rate will be less than 1%.If defective products would be
found, please give us a description of the issue with photos and/or
videos. After our QC confirms that it's really our quality problem,
we make replenishment.
